Kashrus
Dining In cooks out of the kosher certified kitchens at the Charleston JCC under the KCC (Kosher Commission of Charleston). All food coming out of the kitchens that is KCC certified will be sealed and labeled as such. The KCC is the VAAD Hakashrus in Charleston, which is made of up of Rabbis from two local orthodox synagogues and the Chabad. Dining In also always has a mashgiach on staff. On top of kashrut, we work very hard to accommodate any special dietary restrictions, such as a nut or gluten allergy. Please contact us with any extra dietary restrictions or questions about our kashrus!
